These Terms and Conditions of Purchase define the rules and provisions under which we operate and sell products through this website. Please read them carefully before using the website or making a purchase.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases via this website may be made by any individual or legal entity over 18 years of age, residing in the Republic of Serbia. The buyer is required to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Ordering Process

Products can be ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and filling out the order form.
The order becomes valid after confirmation by Smart Molecule.
Product availability is indicated on the product page.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are expressed in RSD (Serbian dinars) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard…)
- Cash on Delivery
- Bank Transfer (upon request)
Delivery costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is carried out via Post Express.
Delivery time is 2–3 days from order confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the valid price list.
Molecule Pet Bowl is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

6. Returns and Complaints

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Complaints may be submitted via email: office@moleculesmart.com or by phone: +381 69 659 008.
Complaints will be resolved within 7 (seven) working days.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before the product is shipped by sending a request to office@moleculesmart.com.
Smart Molecule reserves the right to cancel an order in case of price errors or product unavailability.

8. Data Protection

Smart Molecule undertakes to collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
All customer data will be used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Smart Molecule does not assume responsibility for delivery delays caused by force majeure.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product appearance.

10. Amendments to Terms

Smart Molecule reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Customers will be informed of changes via email or notices on the website.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.

12. Disclaimer of Contractual Relationship

By using this website and purchasing products, no contractual relationship is established with Smart Molecule, except to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the order. All products are sold exclusively under the terms defined on this page.
